Los Angeles, CA – America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) issued the following statement today regarding a Federal lawsuit filed on behalf of three California State University students with the support of AFLDS. The plaintiffs seek an injunction preventing COVID vaccine mandates without first prescreening for natural immunity and the elimination of immune persons from COVID mandates.“The science has been clear for more than a year that COVID-19 poses statistically zero risk to young and college-age people. This mandate is another in a long list of nonsensical regulations forced on Californians that has no basis in science. But this one is even worse than nonsensical: it is downright dangerous.“It is increasingly clear that an adverse immune response is significantly higher in COVID-recovered individuals, making forced vaccination not just needless but dangerous. The California Constitution guarantees ‘all students have the right to be safe and secure in their persons.’ Forced COVID vaccination for this age group is not only medically unnecessary, but instances of serious side effects such as heart damage in young people, are alarming.“Every taxpayer funded university system must be stopped from recklessly and needlessly violating a student’s right to their own medical decision-making. This lawsuit is just the beginning of young people taking back control over their healthcare and AFLDS is proud to be helping to lead this effort. ”
